Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance backend applications according to business needs.
• Manage and maintain applications in a cloud-native environment utilizing Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management; conduct code reviews to ensure code is current, compliant, high-quality, and free from vulnerabilities.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies in project execution.
• Share insights and contribute to the technical development and skill enhancement of team members.
• Exhibit strong communication skills while working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to swiftly grasp new areas and technologies based on business requirements.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in backend application development with a solid grasp of system design and best practices.
• 4+ years of practical development experience in GoLang and/or Python (knowledge of C++ is beneficial).
• Proficient in Kubernetes or OpenShift, including experience with Docker/Podman and various public cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Container Networking Interface (CNI) and container-native storage concepts.
• Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Proficient in Linux system administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Capability to design and manage a DevOps application lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially with Jenkins and Github Actions, along with practical experience writing and debugging Jenkinsfiles.
• Knowledge of Generative AI systems, including:
• LLM inferencing and model serving, with experience in vLLM
• Integrating GenAI/LLM inferencing into backend services and APIs
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
• Understanding of performance, scalability, GPU utilization, and cost considerations for AI workloads in production.

• Experience in full-stack development using GoLang and/or Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud service providers.
• Strong grasp of Generative AI and inferencing, including:
• Serving LLMs using vLLM in cloud-native environments
• Scaling and managing inference workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Integrating GenAI functionalities into enterprise applications
• Ability to quickly learn new domains and technologies based on business requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
