International Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer support profile involving interaction with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve issues that customers are facing through voice communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Undergraduate – freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience
• Only customer service experience considered
• International voice or technical background preferred
