International voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer support profile involving interaction with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through voice-based assistance

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process (mandatory)
• Only customer service experience considered
• International voice background preferred

Qualifications:

• Any Graduates / Any Post Graduates with certificates / Any Undergraduates
