CISNGE - ITOM Event Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions
• Facilitate the integration of enterprise monitoring systems with ServiceNow Event Management
• Set up Event Rules, including Alert Correlation, Alert Aggregation, and Alert Suppression
• Oversee and support MID Servers, Event Connectors, and monitoring integrations
• Automate workflows for incident creation and remediation triggered by event alerts
• Conduct health checks, optimizations, and troubleshooting for Event Management
• Collaborate with CMDB and Service Mapping teams to enhance service visibility
• Examine event patterns to minimize alert noise using correlation methodologies
• Work in conjunction with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, and Operations teams
• Assist with Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes
• Create dashboards, reports, and operational monitoring views
