Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create document processing solutions utilizing OpenText Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Set up and oversee document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation
• Develop OCR-based solutions for handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents
• Configure extraction models and train machine learning models to enhance document recognition
• Integrate OpenText IDP solutions with ECM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Create and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation workflows
• Conduct system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and devise scalable solutions
• Perform testing, quality assurance, and production support tasks
• Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory standards

Technical Requirements:

• Domain: Digital Commerce, Intelligent Commerce

Additional Responsibilities:

• Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language
• Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one operating system
• Knowledge of software engineering principles with experience in at least one project
• Ability to independently contribute to medium to complex tasks
• Familiarity with design principles and the capacity to interpret design specifications autonomously
• Ability to execute test cases and scenarios according to the established plan
• Capability to address production issues and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
