Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain eCommerce applications utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud Demandware.
• Customize and develop storefronts based on the SFRA Storefront Reference Architecture.
• Create and manage cartridges, controllers, pipelines, ISML templates, and background jobs.
• Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Integrate SFCC with external systems, including payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, tax, and shipping providers.
• Configure catalogs, promotions, campaigns, content assets, and customer groups within Business Manager.
• Develop integrations based on REST and OCAPI.
• Enhance website performance, security, and scalability.
• Diagnose production issues and deliver prompt solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and various stakeholders.
• Required Skills
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Demandware development.
• In-depth knowledge of SFRA architecture and cartridge development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Experience with ISML templates, controllers, OCAPI, SCAPI, and web services.
• Practical understanding of Business Manager configurations.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Strong grasp of eCommerce fundamentals, including catalogs, search, promotions, checkout, and order management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization abilities.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills include Technology and Digital Commerce, specifically DemandWare.
