Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant focused on Finance Transformation, you will help clients formulate strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages. You will determine the strategic capabilities required and evaluate client performance gaps to provide well-rounded transformation recommendations.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Transformation Strategies: Create end-to-end transformation recommendations covering financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, and financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management.
• Optimize Financial Processes: Assist clients in improving financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration, while accelerating close activities.
• Support Planning and Budgeting: Enable planning, budgeting & forecasting strategy development, including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection, and design.
• Enhance Financial Intelligence: Support initiatives for financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management—such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization, balanced scorecard design, and executive dashboard creation.
• Assess Client Performance: Determine the strategic capabilities needed and assess client performance gaps to guide transformation recommendations.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Finance Transformation Expertise: Experience with financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration, and accelerating close processes.
• Strategic Capability Assessment: Experience in identifying necessary strategic capabilities and assessing client performance gaps to inform transformation recommendations.
• Enterprise Performance Management: Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection, and design for planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies.
• Financial Intelligence Development: Experience in supporting financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, including financial and non-financial KPI rationalization and balanced scorecard design.
• Transformation Strategy Development: Experience in building comprehensive transformation recommendations addressing financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• EPM Package Evaluation: Experience evaluating, selecting, and designing Enterprise Performance Management packages for planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies, including identifying client requirements and assessing package functionality.
• Financial KPI Rationalization: Experience in rationalizing financial and non-financial KPIs, designing balanced scorecards, and building executive dashboards to strengthen financial business intelligence and analytics.
• Chart of Accounts Design: Experience designing and configuring charts of accounts to enhance financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes, and improve financial data management and analysis.
