- On Role: Customer Support Associate – Non-Voice.
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via Chat & Email.
- Qualification: Graduates or under graduates.
- Should have good verbal & written communication in 'English'.
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Chat process.
- Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off.
