Business Development General Manager (Healthcare)

• Develop and oversee departmental budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Create and implement growth strategies at the Group, Business Unit, regional, or national levels.
• Identify and assess intricate business opportunities to achieve financial objectives.
• Supervise market research and analysis to guide strategic choices and propose feasible opportunities.
• Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations with prospective clients; assist in upselling and contract renewal initiatives.
• Improve business development processes and foster cross-functional teamwork for enhanced efficiency.
• Manage client and customer data systems while enhancing the capabilities of the business development team.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Align team objectives with overarching business goals and drive performance management along with capability enhancement.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development in business development methodologies and corporate values.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in relevant sectors (sales, marketing, business development).
• Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
• Strong expertise in business development within medium to large organizations.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-regional projects.
