Job Description – IT Recruiter (Bench Sales)

• Handle bench sales recruitment: sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, clients, and vendors.
• Submit bench consultants to relevant openings and negotiate best rates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up to ensure consultant placements.
• Maintain regular communication with bench consultants to understand needs and project availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
• Experience with Preferred Vendors and layered vendor models is preferred.
• Should possess strong communication skills.
