We are on the lookout for candidates to fill the Banking Voice Process position in India. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and support within banking operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Banking Voice Process
Inbound/ Outbound calls
Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Educational Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
Open to Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration: 9 Hours
(Day shift available for Females only)
Language Requirements: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam
Compensation:
16,500TH to 20K CTC
Additional Allowance for Malayalam Speakers: 1,800
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3,600 paid quarterly (i.e., 1,200/month)
Banking Non Voice Process (Email)
Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Educational Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
*Minimum 6 months of experience with valid documentation required.
Fluency in English and strong typing skills are essential.
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration: 9 Hours
(Day shift available for Females only)
Compensation:
20TH to 25k CTC
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3,600 paid quarterly (i.e., 1,200/month)
