Banca Specialist

Job Overview:

• Achieves sales objectives for bancassurance offerings
• Implements sales strategies and provides customer service in line with established internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Develops and nurtures relationships with both existing and prospective customers to enhance retention and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Handles customer inquiries regarding branch products and services, along with collecting feedback
• Participates in and organizes initiatives to promote Life Insurance Products offered by the Bank

• Applicants should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions is required
• An individual who enjoys interacting with people and engaging in discussions
• Must be a collaborative team player, self-driven, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve personal objectives and aspirations
• Possession of PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE certification is considered an advantage.
