Associate Director - Program & Project Management

Oracle EBS Project Manager with specialized knowledge in Oracle EBS project implementation is mandatory

Project management experience: 11–15 years

Tools and techniques with at least 5–6 full life cycle implementation projects

Strong hands-on Oracle ERP Applications experience to design and present/sell the solution

Solid Oracle ERP production support experience—hands-on as well as project lead manager; 5–7 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation experience

As SME as Project Lead Manager: solid SME skills in Finance and SCM

Client-facing stakeholder management and escalation expectation management experience

Solid experience in month, quarter, and year closure

Solid experience in the technical aspects of Oracle ERP; experience in IT Governance, ITIL, and SOX

Solid experience in prioritizing delivery of support enhancements and projects with the same team

Solid people management and interpersonal skills; presentation skills; collaborate with users and other stakeholders in project; define project quality and success criteria

Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management

Ready to travel to the client site for major milestones or for any ad hoc requests from the client
