Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop templates for customer communications utilizing SmartCOMM
• Create and manage correspondence for letters, statements, policies, invoices, notices, and various customer interactions
• Configure solutions for document composition, formatting, and content management
• Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and backend systems
• Develop and sustain business rules, workflows, and document generation processes
• Implement template enhancements, fix defects, and provide production support
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and assist with UAT activities
• Ensure adherence to branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and implementation guides
