Quadient Inspire Developer

Job Overview:

• We are currently seeking a Quadient Inspire Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
• The successful candidate will possess practical expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer Automation and Interactive, focusing on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer communication applications and document generation processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and manage customer communication solutions utilizing Quadient Inspire.
• Design and develop templates for statements, invoices, letters, notices, and various other customer-facing communications.
• Configure and oversee document composition workflows and associated business rules.
• Engage in data mapping, content management, and variable document generation tasks.
• Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with databases and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of document generation workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Technical Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of practical experience with the Quadient Inspire Suite.
• Proficiency in Quadient Inspire Designer Automation and Interactive.
• Solid comprehension of Customer Communications Management (CCM) principles.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation methodologies.
• Experience in developing document composition templates and configuring workflows.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of print, email, and digital communication channels.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
