Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and design customer communication templates utilizing SmartCOMM
• Create and manage correspondence for letters, statements, policies, invoices, notices, and other customer communications
• Configure solutions for document composition, formatting, and content management
• Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and backend systems
• Establish and maintain business rules, workflows, and document generation processes
• Execute template enhancements, troubleshoot defects, and provide production support
• Work in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements
• Carry out unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Ensure adherence to branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in Digital Marketing Platforms, specifically SmartCommunications
