In the role of Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will serve as a trusted business advisor. This position offers the chance to help position IBM for long-term financial growth by delivering analysis and providing insight and innovation that strengthen business performance. Your Role And Responsibilities
KYC Analysts are responsible for reviewing documentation for new customer accounts, assessing high-risk accounts, and analyzing new customer processes and policies. In addition, these Analysts will study market trends and observe customer behavior patterns.

Your Role And Responsibilities
KYC Analysts are responsible for reviewing documentation for new customer accounts, assessing high-risk accounts, and analyzing new customer processes and policies. In addition, these Analysts will study market trends and observe customer behavior patterns.
- Identify a comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams
- Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information gathered in support of activities and initiatives
- Support harmonization of KPIs/KRIs currently used across businesses/regions to create one set of metrics
- Consolidate data from businesses and testing teams to produce monthly reporting packages
- Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas
- Prepare presentations and communicate trends identified for reporting to senior management
- Identify additional metrics to be included in reporting packages
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence & Customer identification program (KYC/CDD/CIP)
- Working knowledge in UK regulatory policies.
- Experience in Project Management tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly personal, confidential information
- Experience in financial services transaction data analysis
- Ability to understand and execute business controls
- Training and/or team handling experience along with Lean/Six sigma trained or certified
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
- Proven change management experience, openness to change, strong time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills while contributing to team efforts by delivering related results as needed
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
