Senior system engineer

Primary Duties:

• Develop and execute solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
• Set up and oversee XDM Schemas, Datasets, Dataflows, and Data Lake integrations
• Create and sustain Real-Time Customer Profiles along with audience segmentation
• Execute identity resolution and strategies for unifying customer data
• Oversee data ingestion configurations from multiple sources such as CRM, web, mobile, and external systems
• Design and track ETL data integration workflows
• Generate and activate audiences across both Adobe and non-Adobe destination platforms
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Resolve platform-related issues and enhance performance
• Adhere to Adobe’s best practices concerning governance, privacy, and data quality

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise in Technology Big Data, Real-Time Storm Technology, and Digital Experience Platforms, specifically Adobe Experience Platform

Additional Expectations:

• Proficient conceptual understanding of at least one programming language
• Solid conceptual knowledge of one database system and one operating system
• Familiarity with Software Engineering principles, with practical experience in at least one project
• Capability to manage medium to complex tasks independently
• Exposure to Design Principles and the ability to comprehend Design Specifications independently
• Ability to execute Test Cases and scenarios according to the established plan
• Competency in handling production issues and coordinating with stakeholders
• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
