We are excited to announce openings for AR Callers in the areas of Denial Management (CMS1500 and UB04), Authorization, and Eligibility.

Job Title: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE. (Minimum of 1 year required)

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. (Notice period of up to 15 days is acceptable)

Relieving letter is not a requirement.

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation: Competitive salary with an increase based on previous earnings.

Transportation: Complimentary cab service for both pickup and drop-off.

Work Location: Chennai.

Interview Process: Two stages—Technical interview followed by a salary discussion.

NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION AVAILABLE.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounts receivable calls to address customer inquiries, disputes, and matters related to medical billing.

Identify denial management techniques to reduce write-offs and enhance revenue cycle management.

Collaborate with internal departments including patient access, insurance verification, and coding to ensure accurate claims processing.

Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing customer questions and resolving issues in a professional way.

Keep precise records of all customer interactions using our CRM system.
