Job Description

Our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business provides end-to-end engineering solutions for power networks, covering substations, transmission lines, and grid modernization. We help integrate renewables, digital engineering capabilities, and global compliance standards to support dependable, sustainable energy delivery.

The BIM team accelerates digital transformation through the creation of precise 3D models, clash detection support, and Scan-to-BIM workflow enablement. Key opportunities include advanced modelling, project coordination, automation using tools such as Dynamo, and participation in global projects—suited to candidates who are enthusiastic about innovation and multidisciplinary design.

Your Role

• Prepare SLDs, control schemes, layouts, 3D models, and hazardous area classifications.
• Produce substation layouts and infrastructure drawings covering power, earthing, lighting, and protection systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
• Contribute to BIM and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Assist with project setup, customization, and delivery tracking.
  
  

About You

Essential:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong interest in BIM, digital engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM tools and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to build skills in 3D modelling, coordination, and global standards.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microstation, Dynamo.
• Strong understanding of CAD/BIM standards and drawing protocols.
• Ability to prepare and check complex drawings.
• Familiarity with Electrical/Structural/Mechanical design basics.

• Exposure to international engineering standards (UK, India, Middle East, APAC)
• Understanding of 3D modelling concepts and BIM maturity levels
  
  

Familiarity With

• BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Xrefs / model linking
• Common Data Environments (CDEs)
• Interest or exposure to Scan‑to‑BIM workflows
