Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Real Estate & Facilities, you will design, develop, and maintain applications including IBM TRIRIGA, along with supporting frameworks and technologies. You will apply your strong knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles, combined with expertise in software development methodologies and tools.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Application Components: Build and update application components, integrate software packages, and work with multiple platforms to enable real estate and facilities management capabilities.
• Report Development and Interface Creation: Lead report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using IBM TRIRIGA and related tools to address business requirements.
• Software Integration and Support: Integrate and support software packages, maintaining smooth functionality and addressing technical issues when required.
• Collaborative Solution Delivery: Partner with others to deliver solutions aligned to business requirements, applying software development methodologies and tools.
• Enhance Application Functionality: Discover ways to improve application functionality, using knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles to guide design and development choices.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Real Estate Principles Understanding: Hands-on experience with real estate and facilities management principles, including familiarity with industry-standard practices and core concepts.
• Software Development Methodologies: Experience with software development methodologies and tools, with emphasis on designing, developing, and supporting applications such as IBM TRIRIGA.
• IBM TRIRIGA Proficiency: Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and related frameworks and technologies, including report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements.
• Application Component Development: Experience developing and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and working across different platforms.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Experience troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring reliable, seamless functionality during software integration and support.
