AI/ML

Job Description:

• We are looking for a proficient AI ML Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• The ideal candidate should bring hands-on expertise across machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, data preprocessing, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
• You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, test, and deploy Machine Learning models aligned to business use cases.
• Build and improve predictive classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.
• Develop and implement NLP, LLM, and Generative AI solutions.
• Handle data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
• Create APIs and microservices to expose AI/ML models.
• Apply MLOps practices to support model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
• Work with large datasets and distributed processing frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor model performance, accuracy, and drift in production environments.
• Produce technical documentation and establish best practices for AI/ML implementations.
