Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day for an Infoscion
- Within the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to delve into client challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and facilitate their implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise.
- Your role will involve planning configuration activities, tailoring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will showcase solutions through product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial guidelines.
- Lead smaller projects proactively and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:
- Educate and guide clients on specific and emerging features of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to address challenges and facilitate implementations.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Capable of crafting value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance profitability.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, along with strong collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of financial processes across various project types and an understanding of different pricing models.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Experience in one or two industry domains.
- Strong client-facing skills.
