• ALM Jira Consultant

Primary Duties:

• Proficient in installing and configuring Atlassian tools such as Jenkins and Confluence, both in cloud environments and on-premises setups.
• Hands-on experience implementing Git Branching Strategies and managing user permissions.
• Skilled in customizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to meet specific requirements.
• Expertise in creating custom workflows, fields, conditions, validators, post-transitions, and other essential components within Jira.
• Experienced in managing Jira and Confluence plugins effectively.
• Knowledgeable in performing updates and upgrades for both Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to execute basic PowerShell shell scripts and Python scripting for request resolution.
• Responsible for maintaining the entire Jira instance to ensure seamless integration with other Atlassian tools.
• Conduct application and system administration duties, including data backups and managing scheduled jobs.
• Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, Artifactory key encryption, LDAP security, Active Directory security, and certificate management.
• Capable of user management and access requests.
