Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are in search of a seasoned SAP FSM Consultant with substantial experience in deploying and maintaining SAP Field Service Management solutions.
- The candidate should possess practical experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP FSM with backend ERP systems such as S/4HANA and ECC.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and assist in SAP FSM solutions throughout full lifecycle projects.
- Configure, customize, and test FSM scenarios according to client specifications.
- Recognize gaps and issues, propose workarounds, and prepare RICEFW documentation, functional and technical designs, and test cases.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for clients.
- Execute SAP FSM system setup and management tasks.
- Configure FSM features including Resource Planner, Scheduling, Dispatching, Service Fulfillment, Time Material Journal approval, Smart Forms, and Business Rules.
- Oversee Crowd Service and foundational services such as Auto Scheduling policies.
- Integrate SAP FSM with ERP systems using the SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI, and design Groovy scripts for CPI.
- Create custom reports utilizing Jaspersoft and manage custom developments and data replication.
- Support various project phases including Requirement Gathering, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Training, Hypercare, and Enhancements.
Technical Qualifications:
- At least 9 years of experience in SAP FSM implementation with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle projects.
- Expertise in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP CPI groovy scripting and Jaspersoft reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM, C4C Service module, and SAP S/4HANA Service Customer Service modules is preferred.
- Experience with SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is a plus.
- SAP FSM certification is advantageous.
