Agentic AI Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and construction of scalable, production-ready agentic AI systems, ensuring they are both robust and efficient.
• Create and execute serverless, event-driven workflows utilizing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to enhance automation processes.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems, leveraging Azure ML, Databricks, and Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise solutions like SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to improve business functionalities.
• Maintain system reliability and observability through the use of Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks to facilitate proactive maintenance.
• Set and uphold architecture standards, reusable components, and governance policies to ensure uniformity and adherence across solutions.
• Facilitate technical reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to cultivate a collaborative and innovative development culture.
• Guide junior engineers, encourage collaboration across teams, manage project timelines, and stay updated on new AI trends to inform strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in architecture and development within AI and Cloud environments.
• Proven track record of leading AI engineering teams and delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
• Extensive technical knowledge in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and the design of agentic systems.
• Adept at navigating uncertainty, clarifying goals, and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiastic about creating innovative AI systems that tackle significant and impactful challenges.
