Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Duties
• Workfront Solution Design and Configuration
• Configure and enhance Adobe Workfront objects such as projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to align with business requirements
• Design and deploy workflows, approval processes, routing rules, and automation to enhance efficiency and governance
• Develop and support custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure high data quality and usability
• Integrations and Automation
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workfront APIs to link Workfront with enterprise applications and downstream systems
• Create event-driven and scheduled automations to minimize manual tasks and enhance operational consistency
• Diagnose integration failures, performance issues, and configuration challenges with thorough root cause analysis
• Reporting, Dashboards, and User Adoption
• Design dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide iterative enhancements
• Facilitate user onboarding, documentation, and enablement initiatives to drive platform adoption and promote best practices
• AI Integration
• Identify avenues for leveraging AI to improve reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making
• Collaborate on proof of concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management workflows

Technical Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Adobe Workfront in configuration, development, or platform administration roles
• Hands-on experience with Workfront setup, including templates, custom forms, workflows, approval processes, reporting, and dashboards
• Familiarity with Workfront APIs and integration principles, including authentication, endpoints, payloads, and error handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into effective platform solutions
• Educational Background: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA
