Adobe Workfront Developer

Primary Duties:

• Core Responsibilities
• Workfront Solution Design and Configuration
• Configure and refine Adobe Workfront components, including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to align with business requirements
• Design and execute workflows, approval processes, routing rules, and automations to enhance delivery efficiency and governance
• Create and manage custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to guarantee data integrity and usability
• Integrations and Automation
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workfront APIs to link Workfront with enterprise applications and downstream systems
• Establish event-driven and scheduled automations to minimize manual tasks and enhance operational consistency
• Diagnose integration failures, performance issues, and configuration challenges with comprehensive root cause analysis
• Reporting, Dashboards, and User Adoption
• Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide iterative enhancements
• Assist with user onboarding, documentation, and training to promote platform adoption and best practices
• AI Integration
• Identify areas to leverage AI for improved reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making
• Collaborate on proof of concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation into work management workflows

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Adobe Workfront in roles related to configuration, development, or platform administration
• Practical experience with Workfront setup, templates, custom forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and dashboards
• Familiarity with Workfront APIs and integration principles, including authentication, endpoints, payloads, and error handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert business needs into platform solutions
• Educational Background: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA
