Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design innovative solutions, and ensure effective implementation, leading to client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of segments of the proposal document and contribute to solution design, leveraging your areas of expertise to shape a compelling proposal.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing queries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will execute product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies.
- Lead small-scale projects proactively and engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday integration implementation, specifically in a functional capacity.
- Functional expertise in at least two Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Payroll interface, Compensation Benefits, Recruitment, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Business Objects and Data Sources is essential.
- Proficiency in creating Workday Reports and Dashboards is required.
