Wholesale Business Analyst

Nair Systems is actively seeking a Wholesale Business Analyst to join our team in Qatar.

Education & Experience Requirements:

-                       Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

-                       A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience, preferably with a reputable international or regional banking institution.

-                       Background in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking Operations, or Digital Transformation projects.

-                       Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, business requirements documentation (BRDs), and implementing solutions.

-                       Familiarity with corporate or wholesale banking settings, ideally within Qatar or the GCC region.

-                       Experience in supporting digital banking, process automation, system implementation, or transformation initiatives in transaction banking.

Required Special Skills:

-       Outstanding oral and written communication abilities (including report writing) in English.

-       Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

-       Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

-       Capacity to make informed decisions and execute initiatives effectively.

-       Demonstrated personal integrity and self-management skills.

-       Proficient in planning, organizing, and analytical thinking.

-       Results-driven attitude.

-       Advanced analytical skills and the capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all management levels.

-       Strong competencies in business analysis, including requirements gathering (BRS/BRD), user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of solutions.

-       Solid understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Virtual Accounts, and transaction banking business models.

-       Experience with digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, UAT, and the implementation of transaction banking platforms and solutions.
