We are currently seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to join our team for our Qatar operations.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Level 1 analysis and open support tickets with NCR ATM Software support based on analysis and feedback.
• Provide operational support for ongoing projects and resolve related issues.
• Assist in deploying patches, development releases, and production fixes in accordance with SIT/UAT progress.
• Share logs and findings related to incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
• Complete designated 'Tech Requests' efficiently and accurately.
