webMethods Integration Developer - E-Invoice / Peppol

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Software AG webMethods Developer to design, enhance, and support our enterprise E-Invoice integration platform. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable B2B document exchanges, ensuring adherence to electronic invoicing standards, and securing high availability for essential financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain effective e-invoice integration flows, mappings, and transformations utilizing Software AG webMethods.
• Manage secure file transfers (SFTP) and enforce data security through PGP/GPG file processing.
• Diagnose production issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and quickly resolve integration breakdowns.
• Oversee, manage, and support scheduled workflows using Control-M.
• Convert business and regulatory requirements into XML, UBL, and Peppol message formats.
• Deploy software releases in UAT and Production environments while working collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of practical software engineering experience focused on middleware integration and enterprise application support.
• Strong expertise in Software AG webMethods Integration Server and webMethods Designer.
• Skilled in developing and debugging Flow Services, mappings, transformations, and handling complex exceptions.
• Proficient understanding of XML, XSD, and UBL data formats.
• Practical experience with SFTP and PGP/GPG encryption methods.
• Strong SQL capabilities for database troubleshooting and data tracing.
• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Peppol e-invoicing standards, EN16931, or Singapore e-invoice (InvoiceNow) frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills for troubleshooting, strong documentation practices, and effective communication with stakeholders.
