Warehouse Supervisor, Gerik

1. Oversee the daily functions of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and moving project materials, equipment, and spare parts.
2. Maintain precise inventory and stock management, which includes accurate recording, stock reconciliation, and conducting regular physical stock audits.
3. Collaborate with project teams, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee the timely availability and transfer of materials.
4. Ensure that materials and equipment are stored, labeled, and handled correctly in compliance with safety, quality, and warehouse standards.
5. Supervise warehouse staff and uphold accurate documentation and reporting for warehouse operations, including goods receipts, material issuances, stock movements, and inventory records.

Qualifications

1. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in warehouse, inventory, or material management, ideally within engineering, power generation, infrastructure, or project-centric settings.
3. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control methodologies, stock management practices, and material handling techniques.
4. Exceptional supervisory, planning, coordination, and record-keeping abilities, with a strong focus on detail and inventory precision.
5. Availability to be stationed at the project site in Gerik, Perak, and to work in alignment with project and operational demands.
