Virtualization Engineer

Key Deliverables

• Administer VMware, Avaya, Cisco, and other virtual infrastructure technologies
• Provide Tier III support, investigating and resolving incidents
• Monitor performance and capacity, reporting on system health
• Ensure timely resolution of issues according to SLA's

Role Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for virtual infrastructure maintenance
• Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational activities
• Adhere to Change Management and Incident Management policies
• Support 24x7 On-Call rotation and customer escalations
