Role & responsibilities

• Tender Documentation (For Pharma Institutional Business) & online filing of Tenders
• Processing LA commission & Follow-up for return of EMDs (Post supply of Goods)
• Order execution for the institutes as per the timelines.
• Ensuring payments/follow-up & Payments Tracking for receivables with various institutes across India.
• Co-ordination with Cross functional teams like QA/QC/Production/Supply chain/Finance to ensure on-time customer service
