TRANSITION MANAGER-FINANCE

Your Role And Responsibilities

• As Transitions and Transformations Lead, you are responsible for supporting finance clients across different industries and within Finance and Accounts.
• Own client engagements/contracts across geographies and provide transition support for establishing processes, defining metrics, and enabling reporting.
• Establish and maintain a strong tracking mechanism for key operational indicators to enable effective decision-making.
• Drive transformation at a high level, demonstrating extensive change management experience by challenging, inspiring, and leading the team.
• Track and drive all process parameters that are critical to quality for process delivery.
• Support management with career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training.
• Ensure adequate mentorship and training for team members so that process objectives and Customer requirements are met.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Transitions and Transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and developing value propositions, business cases, and industry-specific offerings.
• Ability to shape strategic direction and initiatives by designing business outcome models, contracting structures, and identifying new opportunities and business lines.
• Skilled at supporting the sales team in developing compelling business cases for prospective clients to the offshore business, and collaborating closely with Process Delivery leaders to identify improvement opportunities and implement them across all processes.
• Expertise in leading continuous process improvement and transformation efforts, including conducting maturity assessments.
• Proven experience in understanding end-to-end F&A processes.
• Deep process expertise in central finance reporting, management reporting, and reports.
