Job Overview:

• In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to identify core customer challenges, diagnose problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and facilitate implementation, all aimed at achieving customer satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing insights to solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• Your responsibilities will also include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will demonstrate solutions, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• You will actively lead small projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, focusing on delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will take charge of the complete implementation of Celonis, SAP Signavio, MS Power Automate Process Mining, AssistEdge Discover, and Pega Process Mining engagements for various clients.
• Your role will involve helping clients achieve substantial business outcomes and return on investment by utilizing insights gained through process and task mining.
• You will work closely with process owners and technical teams within each client organization to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Your planning skills will be essential as you schedule and manage project timelines and activities from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets customer expectations.
• You will collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate the process mining application with customer source systems.
• Your support will include data extraction, transformation, and loading into the process mining application.
• You will create tailored process dashboards, analyses, and reports.
• You will work with Technical Engineers to implement the task mining application across the client organization and its users.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting data capture of user tasks and loading them into the task mining application.
• You will analyze task mining outputs, developing dashboards and reports.
• You will present the results of implementations to both Infosys and client leadership.
• You will organize and lead workshops for clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• Core skills include Celonis.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Optimization Initiatives, Technology Consulting, or software service implementations.
• Your analytical skills are robust, particularly in applying technological solutions to fundamental business challenges.
• Knowledge of SAP functional processes, such as P2P, O2C, AP, AR, etc., will be an advantage.
• You possess a basic understanding of SQL and experience in process visualization.
• Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to convey solutions effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• You will create and maintain detailed documentation for data models, processes, and systems to enhance knowledge sharing.

Additional Duties:

• You will develop strategies and models that create value, enabling clients to innovate, drive growth, and enhance profitability.
• You should have a solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends is essential.
• You will employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with financial processes for various project types and pricing models is necessary.
• You will assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend appropriate technological solutions.
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains is beneficial.
• Strong client interfacing abilities are required.
• You will also manage projects and teams effectively.
