Telesales Exective/Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling and outbound engagement
• Qualify prospects and schedule client meetings
• Manage customer accounts and support sales closure
• Maintain a positive client experience and follow up on potential leads
• Coordinate with the sales team for pipeline updates and targets

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in telesales and telemarketing, especially in software products, is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Tamil
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sales attitude
• Female candidates with excellent communication and motivational skills are encouraged to apply
• Ability to handle work pressure while maintaining professionalism

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
