Technology Support Operations (GTS)-Engineer I

Key Deliverables:

1. Provide first-level support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure across global regions.
2. Perform scheduled technical tasks and system maintenance from a centralized command center.
3. Escalate and track critical incidents within defined SLAs/OLAs.
4. Maintain accurate documentation for incidents and requests as per operational guidelines.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and administer Linux/Unix environments, Active Batch, and basic cloud platforms (AWS).
2. Support PAAS/IAAS/SAAS operations and assist with SQL/Oracle database issues.
3. Execute scripts and support networking fundamentals in a 24x7 rotational environment.
4. Apply best practices in system operations, incident escalation, and process adherence.
