STIBO MDM/PIM Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) professional to contribute to the SIBO MDM initiative during the 6 11 phase.
• The selected candidate will be tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of master data solutions, ensuring adherence to high standards of data quality and governance.

Core Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion.
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to steer the engagement efforts, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will evaluate proposals developed by consultants, offering guidance and assessing the solutions crafted for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and concerns.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, while motivating and inspiring team members through constructive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to clients, in alignment with the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• Key skills include Technology Data Management, MDM, Stibo MDM Technology, Energy, Oil and Gas, RTDM (Real-time Data Management), Data Visualization, Reporting, OSI PI, and Process Book.
• Essential skills encompass Technology Data Management and MDM, specifically Stibo MDM.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, along with effective collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of two to three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
