Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with 6 to 10 years of PeopleSoft development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite and will serve a key role in the PT and PUM upgrade project for critical PS FSCM.

Responsibilities

Retrofit and serve as Team Lead from offshore for the PT and PUM Upgrade project. Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.

Perform compare report activities, keep drop analysis, and other related tasks to support the upgrade project.

Write and optimize PeopleCode Application Engine programs, SQRs, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and Integration Broker services.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

Support integration development, including interface configuration with external systems, as well as work related to data movement.

Assist client business users during validation, including UAT test script preparation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and development environments.

Ensure adherence to internal development standards, security policies, and SOX/financial audit requirements.

Create and maintain detailed technical/functional documentation and user training materials.

Certifications Required

6-10 years of PeopleSoft technical development experience

Expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x+ including PeopleCode App Engine Component Interface SQR and Integration Broker
