Supply Coordinator

Position Summary

Assist in the daily planning and deployment of a workforce exceeding 1,800 contributors across diverse AI training initiatives. Reporting directly to the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for assigning contributors, maintaining precise workforce records, overseeing capacity, and collaborating closely with Project, Training, and Onboarding Leads to ensure smooth operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Distribute and reallocate contributors in response to project requirements.
• Manage access permissions, coordinate training sessions, and provide instructions for resource relocations.
• Keep deployment, status updates, performance metrics, and capacity data accurate and current.
• Oversee project capacity, workflow throughput, onboarding processes, and offboarding procedures.
• Detect and escalate potential capacity constraints and data discrepancies promptly.
• Follow resource requests through to completion, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Facilitate effective shift handovers and communicate any pending actions clearly.
• Propose enhancements to resource planning workflows and related systems for improved efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Background in operations coordination, workforce management, or resource planning roles.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, data management, and organizational tools.
• Capable of making precise, data-informed decisions under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, shift-based work environment.
• Prior experience in AI training or data annotation is advantageous.

Position Details:

1. This is a project-oriented role involving a specific set of evaluation tasks.
2. Tasks include comparing multiple chatbots and delivering comprehensive assessments.
3. Work Schedule: Five days per week, including weekends as necessary, with two days off.
4. Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
5. Contract Duration: 16 weeks
