Store Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Understand product features and provide accurate information to customers.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per store policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Support store promotions, sales campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the Store Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
