Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
• Knowledge of welding codes and standards (IS, ASME, AWS).
• Experience with CAD software for creating fabrication drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
