Role Description
As a Service Leader in the SRE Department, you will manage operational and tactical governance for domains within scope.
You will prioritize operational work and minor enhancements across the portfolio, translating business and service requirements into an executable backlog.
You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery with suppliers and internal stakeholders, while monitoring service performance, delivery progress, budget management, and issue resolution.
You will escalate service risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies, and support continuous improvement to enhance stability, efficiency, and flow.
You will coordinate modernization and decommissioning activities, and manage escalations while gathering requirements and topics for Service Improvements.
You will perform financial follow-up for areas and applications in scope, and support client DTO and TDBAGF Application teams in achieving maturity in Group Priority 0 KPIs and initiatives.
You will own the demand intake model and enforce prioritization rules agreed with the business and suppliers, and approve operational priorities within agreed service and budget boundaries.

Experience in governance, including directing planning and monitoring of ISIT services.
Experience gained through functional management in a global context.
Strong experience within Application Operations is an advantage.
Experience with steering projects and programs.
Knowledge and experience of ITIL SIAM is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong internal drive to achieve results and secure deliveries.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize topics effectively.
Complete proficiency in English.
Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable
