Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and customer-centric professional to become a part of our team as an International Banking Voice Process Associate. This position is crucial for assisting clients with their banking queries, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through voice calls regarding international banking services.
• Provide precise information about banking products and services to clients.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proficient communication and service execution.
• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, ideally within the banking or finance sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer applications and CRM software.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services, and regulations is advantageous.

Qualification: 12th

Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO international voice process

Shift: Rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off

Salary: ₹3.5 lakhs to ₹4.5 lakhs

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore

Age Limit: 40 years

Transportation: Two-way cab service provided
