Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced sourcing professionals with proven expertise in leadership hiring, executive search, and high-volume recruitment. In this role, you will identify and engage senior-level candidates, develop and maintain talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for senior-level roles (Deputy Manager, Manager, and above).
• Implement leadership and executive search strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Perform initial candidate screening and evaluate communication skills.
• Update and maintain candidate details and sourcing progress in ATS tools.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet sourcing targets and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant sourcing experience.
• Mandatory experience in leadership hiring and executive search firms.
• Experience in bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Taleo, SAP, or Avature.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Versant score: 65 or above.
• Any undergraduate degree; MBA in HR preferred.
