Position: Chat Support Analyst
Eligible Qualifications: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Location: Hyderabad
Interview Dates: 01 August 2026 to 30 August 2026
Interview Timing: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
Interview Process:
- Round 1: Typing Test
- Round 2: CAT Assessment
- Round 3: Healthcare / Insurance Domain Knowledge Assessment

Salary Range:
₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA (Based on interview performance and profile evaluation)
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and written skills
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates must carry all educational documents:
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Degree Consolidated Marksheet / Provisional Certificate
Not Eligible:
B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA candidates and currently pursuing degree students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat support channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
