We are in search of a Senior Product Designer who is deeply focused on customer experience to create intuitive, user-centered designs across our mobile and web platforms. Your responsibilities will range from onboarding processes to the rollout of new features, all aimed at simplifying complex financial products to make them intuitive, empowering, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and refine user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes across both mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and fellow designers to develop solutions that align user needs with business objectives.
• Take ownership of the user experience in one or more product domains, championing high-quality design decisions and implementations.
• Utilize user research and analytics to derive insights, identify challenges, and validate proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the advancement of our design system to ensure scalability, consistency, and adaptability.
• Organize and prioritize your work documentation to ensure clarity, robustness, and ease of use for developers.
• Facilitate in-person or remote workshops to foster alignment, brainstorm ideas, and enhance team cohesion.
• Guide and support junior designers through constructive feedback, critique sessions, and collaborative efforts.
• Embrace continuous learning—and share your insights. Your inquisitiveness can ignite the same passion in others.
• Participate in the team’s ongoing mission towards adopting more inclusive and accessible design principles, even if you’re new to the concept.

About You

• 5+ years of product design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX/UI projects and effective problem-solving skills.
• Extensive proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; experience with Rive or Lottie is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong product awareness—you value both 'what is built' and 'its visual appeal.'
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities—you can articulate your design choices effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within highly integrated, cross-functional teams.
• A self-motivated attitude: proactive, flexible, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Empathy—for users, colleagues, and the broader context.
