  • Review manufacturing and business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions and functional specifications.
  • Assess application architecture, interfaces, data movement, and system dependencies to help ensure manufacturing operations are dependable and sustainable.

  • Assist with system lifecycle management and support ongoing improvements to the platform.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing system and production issues using structured root-cause analysis approaches.
  • Find ways to improve system reliability, automation, standardization, performance, and overall user experience.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions that drive operational excellence.

  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for manufacturing systems across the organization.

Who You Are:

You apply analytical thinking consistently to address complex technical problems and to make data- and business-informed decisions. You work effectively across teams, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You proactively spot improvement opportunities, respond to changing priorities, and deliver solutions aligned with operational outcomes and long-term business success. You share knowledge openly, support team growth, and help create a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Practical experience implementing, integrating, validating, deploying, supporting, or enhancing enterprise manufacturing applications.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing operations and MES capabilities, including production execution, scheduling, traceability, quality management, equipment connectivity, warehouse transactions, test data integration, and operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of application architecture, databases, APIs, middleware, identity and access management, cybersecurity concepts, monitoring tools, and end-to-end data flows.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work successfully in a global matrix organization across functions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions through expertise, collaboration, and customer-focused problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
